School Inspection.

Estyn is the office of Her Majesty's Inspectorate for Education and Training in Wales. They are independent of, but funded by, the National Assembly for Wales. The purpose of Estyn is to inspect quality and standards in education and training in Wales.

Newton Primary School was last inspected in April 2011. We are very proud of our inspection report.

The Inspection team noted that:
'Standards of achievement are consistently good across the school', that
'The school provides a wide range of enriching activities that meets the need of all learners' and
• staff provide a safe learning environment for all pupils;
• pupils have great pride in their school and are very polite; and
• there is a high level of care, support and guidance provided to pupils
